2. How much involvement is required from my team?
Very little! Simply provide the family with the upload link and gather their package and music choices. Once we have everything, we take care of the rest - from arranging the media to producing a beautifully crafted tribute video.
3. Can a customer request a physical copy of the tribute video?
Yes, physical copies can be requested for an additional charge, as they are not included in any of the standard packages. You may request physical copies after the final digital video has been delivered. It's important to note, we only keep the delivered videos for up to 30 days after delivery unless prior arrangements were made. Additional fees vary depending on format (USB, DVD, or Blu-Ray), quantity, and shipping (if applicable).
4. What is the turnaround time for a tribute video?
Our standard turnaround time is up to 5 days, depending on the selected package. If a faster delivery is needed, expedited options may be available for an additional fee. Let us know your timeline and we will do our best to accommodate.
5. Do you offer bulk pricing or partnership options?
Yes, if you receive a high number of requests and plan to offer tribute videos regularly, we are happy to discuss flexible pricing or partnership options. Contact us to explore a custom arrangement that fits your needs.
6. How do we submit photos and videos?
We accept digital files in JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, and other common formats. If you have physical photos, they will need to be scanned before submission. We recommend using a high-quality scanner or a scanning app to ensure the best possible resolution. If you need guidance on how to do this, we're happy to offer recommendations!
7. Can families request changes after receiving the video?
Yes — each package includes one complimentary revision (such as fixing a name or swapping a photo), typically completed within two business days. Additional edits beyond that may be available for an added fee, depending on the scope. We're happy to discuss options if more changes are needed.
8. What formats are the final videos delivered in?
We deliver high-resolution MP4 files that are compatible with most playback devices, including TVs, projectors, and online sharing platforms.
9. Do you offer rush services?
Yes, our Custom Tribute package includes priority delivery within 3 days. If you need a faster turnaround for any package, expedited options may be available for an additional fee. Let us know your timeline, and we will do our best to accommodate.
